Released a new version of the player-1.4.1

Fixed bugs and added new functionality to improve the convenience and speed of the player !

What's new in this version :

• fixed errors related to the initial launch of the player
• fixed issues with displaying the favorite channel label in WebOS 2.0
• the label of the current channel and the playing channel are separated
• added support for large playlists
