Pin code is incorrect

I got a pin code, I enter it, but the app display message that the pin code is incorrect.

Check the correctness of the input. Make sure you do not type zero instead of the letter O and vice versa. This is one of the most common problems when activating the player, when users are confused in the letter of these similar-looking characters.
